We accept PayPal and also Credit Card payments processed through SumUp, both of which are reputable payment processing solutions which use their own Secure Servers for your peace of mind.  We do not see or store any of your payment information, other than confirmation that your purchase was successful to allow us to process your items,

Delivery

• We offer FAST DISPATCH within 1 working day of received payment.
• We offer STANDARD DELIVERY through Yodel on all our items.  Yodel aim to deliver all parcels within 2 to 5 working days to your address following dispatch from us.
• For a small extra charge, you are able to upgrade your delivery to QUICK, using Royal Mail Tracked 48, aiming to deliver within 2 working days, or EXPRESS, using Royal Mail Tracked 24, aiming to deliver within 1 working day.  You can upgrade your deliver on the checkout page.
• REMEMBER: Our delivery charge is per delivery – NOT per item.  So you can order as many as items as you want for this fixed delivery amount.  Order over £20 worth of items and we’ll send it for free!  See the section below for more details.
• If you have supplied us with your correct email address and mobile phone number, you should receive tracking details so you are able get delivery updates and are kept informed every step of the way.
• We package our mugs in a smash proof box for safety.

• As a thank-you, if you order over £20 worth of items in one order, we’ll send it to you via our standard delivery for free!  This delivery option appears in the checkout section once you have gone over the £20 threshold.

Ordering Notes

• The size of printed images may slightly vary (around 10% or so) from that pictured images to allow for the best placement for your sized mug.
• Remember that for any images, there will always be a colour variation in the final print due to the difference in viewing settings of images appearing on your screens and those printed.  This is usually only very minimal.  The overall print quality of product images is excellent and high quality.
• For images that are supplied by you which are of a lower quality/definition, this may result in a reduction of print quality.  Speak to us to discuss your requirements.
