About our pictures & prints

All our prints come with a frame, picture mount and cover.

  • Lustre 270 specification paper – Exceptional print quality with micro-porous coating and a stunning lustre finish
  • Final print additionally coated for UV protection & print side waterproofing
  • High Definition Colour Printing

• Print & Frame:
  • All of our frames are oversized and prints mounted within a border so as to emphasise and maximise the effect of the print.  The title of the frame artwork is laser cut into the mount to enhance the effect.

We accept PayPal and also Credit Card payments processed through SumUp, both of which are reputable payment processing solutions which use their own Secure Servers for your peace of mind.  We do not see or store any of your payment information, other than confirmation that your purchase was successful to allow us to process your items,

Delivery

• Our prints are made to order.  As such these take a little more time to prepare for you.  However, we still offer FAST PROCESSING of your orders.  We will have your print ready and mounted within 3 working days after order and payment has been received.
• We offer STANDARD DELIVERY on all our items.  This option aims to deliver all parcels within 2 to 5 working days to your address following dispatch from us.
• For a small extra charge, you are able to upgrade your delivery to QUICK, aiming to deliver within 2 working days, or EXPRESS, aiming to deliver within 1 working day.  You can upgrade your deliver on the checkout page.
• REMEMBER: Our delivery charge is per delivery – NOT per item.  So you can order as many as items as you want for this fixed delivery amount.
• If you have supplied us with your correct email address and mobile phone number, you should receive tracking details so you are able get delivery updates and are kept informed every step of the way.
• We package our frames and prints ready for the delivery services.  As mentioned previously, for safety, all orders dispatched/shipped/couriered/posted are sent with a Premium Clear Acrylic Panels.  Glass frame panels are only provided where items are collected by the customer or delivered directly by ourselves (not by courier etc).

Ordering Notes

• Remember that for any images, there will always be a colour variation in the final print due to the difference in viewing settings of images appearing on computer/phone screens and those printed.  This is usually only very minimal.  The overall print quality of product images is excellent and high quality.
• Whilst we use 9600 x 2400 dpi high quality printers with professional and speciality print paper, our prints are deliberately intended to be designed to be of a “Pop Art” style and not photographs.  Please see the zoomed in picture for an accurate close-up representation or what this means.
