Personalisation of items

• As standard, our mugs come as described and pictured.  If the design prints the same image on the front as on the back (as will be described), we are able to personalise mugs by adding names or additional text as you may like to the reverse side, replacing the duplicate main image. There is a small charge of a few pounds for this service.  If this option is available for your mug, a box will show asking ‘Personalisation Required’ just above the ‘Add to basket’ button.  Select ‘YES’.  Then please send us your requirements as part of your ‘Order Notes’ on the checkout page.  Please include the following:

1. Your Message or Text to be printed.
2. The colour of the text.  The default is BLACK.
3. Whether Right or Left handed (refer to the ‘Ordering Notes’ section below for clarification).  The default is RIGHT Handed.
4. Any other information you’d like to send us.

Delivery

• We offer FAST DISPATCH within 1 working day of received payment.
• We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY through Yodel on all our items.  Yodel aim to deliver all parcels within 2 working days to your address following dispatch from us.  On some occasions this may be slightly longer.
• If you have supplied us with your correct email address and mobile phone number, you should receive delivery updates and notifications as standard so you are kept informed every step of the way.
• We package our mugs in a smash proof box.

Ordering Notes

• The mug will sometimes have an option for Right or Left Handed, which sometimes sounds unusual to refer to mugs in this way.  To explain, our mugs often come double sided (ie the same design is on both sides) as will be described in the description and in which case this is not relevant.  Sometimes, as you will see on certain designs, we print a different design on to the back compared to the front.   When we refer to Left or Right Handed, this refers to which image faces outwards when you hold the handle.  When holding the mug in the preferred hand (left or right), the main image faces outward (see the images in the photos above) and the back image faces towards you.   You are able to select the mug orientation from the dropdown menu in the product details.  The default is ‘Right Handed’.
• The size of printed image may slightly vary (around 10% or so) from that pictured images to allow for the best placement for your sized mug.  Generally speaking, for each front or back image, the actual image printed will be approximately either a height of  9cms or a width of 7.5 to 8cms, to allow for maximum effect of the picture printed to show on your mug.  This is due to the varying orientation and size of images.  For front and back images, the maximum height is 9cm with a maximum width of 7.5cm each.  For wrap around mugs, images are a maximum height of 9cm and a maximum of 19.5cm wide.
• Remember that for any images, there will always be a colour variation in the final print due to the difference in viewing settings of images appearing on your screens and those printed.  This is usually only very minimal.  The overall print quality of product images is excellent for high quality images.  For images that are supplied by you which are of a lower quality/definition, this may result in a reduction of print quality.  Speak to us to discuss your requirements.
