EBAY uses our standard Tracked Yodel service, and ETSY has Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, upgradable to Tracked 24.

We accept PayPal and also Credit Card payments processed through SumUp, both of which are reputable payment processing solutions which use their own Secure Servers for your peace of mind.  We do not see or store any of your payment information, other than confirmation that your purchase was successful to allow us to process your items,

Delivery

• We offer FAST PROCESSING AND DISPATCH within 1 working day of your order being recieved.
• We offer STANDARD DELIVERY through Yodel on all our items.  Yodel aim to deliver all parcels within 2 to 5 working days to your address following dispatch from us.
• For a small extra charge, you are able to upgrade your delivery to QUICK, using Royal Mail Tracked 48, aiming to deliver within 2 working days, or EXPRESS, using Royal Mail Tracked 24, aiming to deliver within 1 working day.  You can upgrade your deliver on the checkout page.
• We package our mugs in a smash proof box for safety.

Ordering Notes

• The size of printed images may slightly vary (around 10% or so) from that pictured images to allow for the best placement for your sized mug.
• Remember that for any images, there will always be a colour variation in the final print due to the difference in viewing settings of images appearing on your screens and those printed.  This is usually only very minimal.  The overall print quality of product images is excellent and high quality.
